ISSUES AND FIXES FOR CONNECTION PROBLEMS
– Reset your router (this is just common sense and should be the first step you take)
– Go in settings on your device and not only erase any unused apps but clear cache for ALL the apps you use. So many people skip this and think I am blowing smoke when this does help and should be done regularly. Most of you are using firesticks and believe it or not they are not great.
– Check your internet speeds. You MUST do this on the device you are using. Again this is common sense. You might think you are getting 200mbps because you tested your speed on your phone or computer but I guarantee your firestick is going to be much much lower speeds than anything else in your house.
– Hardwire your firestick. You can get a cable at Walmart for like $20. I did this and have satellite internet and I rarely ever have issues.
– Try a VPN. Some major providers are known for throttling you if you are streaming. Mostly known for this is spectrum
– Pulse TV live not only has lower quality backups for almost every channel but we also have an SD quality section for people with slower internet. Use it. The back up feeds have * next to them
A lot of you ask what the * is next to some channels. These are BACKUP channels. Use them.
Also we have an SD quality section for those of you with lower quality connections. Use these as well
